Join Us to Spread Joy & Connection! We’re gathering at the Navy Yard–Ballpark station to offer something simple but powerful: free hugs and caring conversations. This is your chance to join fellow compassionate huggers and listeners as we brighten someone's day with a moment of connection—a warm hug or a 15-minute conversation where people can feel truly heard.
After spreading joy at the Metro, we’ll keep the good vibes going at Pink Taco for Happy Hour munchies and libations. It’s the perfect opportunity to unwind and connect with our hug crew!
What You Should Know:
We’ll meet at the Navy Yard–Ballpark station for easy access and great visibility.
Wear your Free Hugs shirt if you have one, and bring a Free Hug sign if possible (we’ll have extra signs available).
If you'd like to offer listening too, feel free to bring a folding chair or two.
Let people approach us for hugs, high-fives, or even a warm smile—no pressure, just pure connection.
