Join Us to Spread Joy & Connection:
We’re gathering in front of the Starbucks in Rockville Town Square to offer something simple but powerful: free hugs and caring conversations. This is your chance to join other compassionate huggers and listeners as we brighten someone's day with a moment of connection—a warm hug or a 15-minute conversation where people can feel truly heard.

Wear your Free Hugs shirt if you have one and bring a Free Hug sign if possible (we’ll have extra signs available). If you’d like to offer listening too, please bring a folding chair or two. However, the most important things to bring are an open heart and a willingness to connect! Together, we can create a space of compassion and joy!

What You Should Know:

• We’ll meet at the Rockville Metro Center for easy access and great visibility.

• Please respect all local guidelines and be mindful of the space.

• Let people approach us for hugs, high-fives, or maybe just a warm smile.

• This is not an opportunity for you to share religious, political, or social views.

• Be mindful of COVID risks and take precautions as needed.
