If you’ve been feeling disconnected, craving meaningful human connection, or struggling with anxiety or stress, this Consent & Cuddle Workshop is a gentle, safe space where you can reconnect with yourself and others. We know how tough it can be to navigate feelings of isolation and loneliness—this workshop is designed to help you find comfort, nurture, and community in a trauma-informed setting.

Practice Consent & Boundaries

You’ll have the opportunity to explore safe, guided types of touch—firm (earth), light (air), gliding (water), and energetic (fire). Participation is always at your comfort level, and you’ll never have to touch if you’re not ready.A Safe, Trauma-Informed Space to Connect
The workshop is all about fostering connection through mirroring and authentic relating exercises, helping you engage with others in a meaningful and respectful way. You’ll be surrounded by people who understand, and bodily autonomy will be prioritized at all times.
