I can’t be the only one who craves nurturing touch and human connection. That’s why I’m thrilled to bring another Consent & Cuddles event to the DMV—a space where we can connect authentically and on a deeper level.
Who here learned about consent and boundaries? Who was taught to maintain agency over their body?
If you raised your hand, you are among the lucky few. The reality is that most people were never taught how to:
Ask for the touch they want.
Explore pleasurable sensations with confidence.
Say “no” firmly and confidently without fearing rejection or worrying about hurting someone’s feelings.
What if I told you that you don’t have to carry the burden of someone else’s feelings? What if you could be fully present in your skin, in a space where your needs come first—free from guilt, judgment, or obligation?
This month’s Consent & Cuddles event is dedicated to women/femme individuals. Together, we will create a space to comfortably share, listen, explore, and connect in safe, consensual, and loving ways.

Schedule
12:00 PM – Arrival: come in, put down stuff, set out any shareable snacks, and get a feel for the space so you feel at ease and comfortable.
12:30 PM – Welcome Circle: the heart of our gathering. This is where we set the tone for the day by practicing boundary-setting and exploring how to communicate around consent. Whether or not you choose to participate in touch, this part is for everyone. You can maintain social distance if that feels best for you—no touch is ever required.
1:30 PM – Activities: cuddling, eye-gazing, partner stretching, ASMR, back rubs, polyvagal coregulation exercises, deep listening, synchronized breathing, hugs, honest communication, laughing, dancing, journaling, card game.
3:15 PM – Closing Circle: this is a time to reflect and connect one last time before we part ways. This is your chance to share insights, express gratitude, and highlight moments that stood out to you. If you’d like, you can also share announcements or appreciation. The Closing Circle is a warm and grounding way to bring the experience to a close and leave feeling supported and seen.
